Anyone know if there’s anywhere near Annapolis, Baltimore, or DC that offers STCW training? I’m having issues finding a place that offers it, I live in Anne arundel county MD.

Would working on Tugs be a good way to get some sea time to eventually be able to work deep sea? I didn’t really want to work on tugs but at this point I feel like I don’t really have any choice if I want to get into this industry.

Just curious to see your personal experiences with them behind the screen
