I'm thinking az-104 or MD-102
So I got the voucher for a free cert from Microsoft. I'm looking to break into IT here in the next few months. I don't have any professional experience with IT. But I've done a little programming, built computers, been studying cybersecurity and CCNA on my own, and been working with AWS. I know I'll probably have to start doing help desk to get professional IT experience and its pretty much where everyone starts. So I was thinking since I'm doing CCNA this fall sometime I can use the voucher to get cloud certified and then that way I have physical networking (CCNA) and cloud networking from the microsoft voucher. But if I have to start out doing help desk would the endpoint management be better. Some of the help desk jobs I've seen have been focused on microsoft so I can see how that might help. So what do you all think? I don't have any certifications at this point and anything is better then nothing but I don't want to waste time either. Thanks for you input.
