2 years training (started seriously at 20)

Weight: 55 kg → 72 kg end of march 25 (dirty bulk) → 60 kg now

Not gonna lie, I just wanted to be more confident and get approval from women.

Training:

2 sets to failure. Experimented a LOT but now I just do a few excersises regularly on repeat

Incline smith for chest, Weighted pullups for back, lateral raises, preacher curls and overhead tricep extn. Flies, machine rows and shrugs too.

Bench 1RM: 85kg, Weighted pullups 20kg x7

Diet:
Made sure protein was covered (~100–110g/day)

5–6 eggs daily
Milk
Amul protein stuff
Plant protein
Meat 2–4x/week

Not a crazy influencer transformation, but feels sustainable and I like it :)
