kinda just lost with that’s going on had sibo tested negative after antibiotics been dealing with histamine/mcas reactions for the last 7 years everything got severely worse after getting covid 3 separate times. finally pulled the plug on the gi map but could barely afford it and here are my results. i currently struggle with severe gerd/lpr brain fog panic attacks only eating beef cabbage and carrots and slight constipation. so any insights would be helpful as i’m not working with and dr or practitioner currently just can’t afford it thanks!
