What was your first Mitski song? What made you keep listening to more of her music?
For me it was Pink in the Night. It was around 2019 and she really captured all of the feelings I was going through at that time. I felt comforted.
Listening to her music helped me describe feelings I could never find the words to. I guess it was just really exciting to feel so understood. It wasn’t something I was really finding in any other songs at that point. I wanted to keep listening to more and more and I became a big fan after that!
