Image 1 — Unlike the current Astraea Record manga, the art style of the Deep Floors Arc manga is genuinely phenomenal, man. I really wish this artist had been the one drawing DanMachi from the very beginning.

Liaris Freese is not gonna survive this one

(It's just a meme, not part of the story)

What if Bell gained Subaru Return by Death ability?

Well, I've been thinking about this, but the possibilities here are genuinely terrifying and uncertain, so I'd love to hear the community's thoughts on it.

To keep our scenario fair and grounded, I’ll lay down some baseline rules:

Bell gains this ability the moment he is killed by the Minotaur on the 5th floor, where Aiz fails to arrive in time to save him. Also, there is no Satella here. The ability is entirely passive; no one, not even the Gods, can perceive or know about it except Thanatos. Furthermore, Bell cannot explain his ability to anyone else, as his heart will be crushed if he tries. There is a fixed checkpoint system where a new save point is set only after a major pivotal milestone accomplished by Bell.

In this scenario, he will NOT get "Liaris Freese", yet he will still fall in love with Aiz just like in canon, viewing the monster that previously killed him as an ordeal he must overcome to survive.

How would his personality develop under these conditions? How would the story routes change, and what gruesome ways of dying do you anticipate for Bell throughout this storyline?

Is Bell the most underrated hero ?

What bothers me the most is how the anime treats Bell as an overly emotional hero. While this is somewhat true in the novel, it is not to this exaggerated extent. He is not effeminate or just a "soft boy." The novel actually portrays him as a young man fiercely trying to prove himself and his ideals.
