I didn't complain enough

sorry for whatever I say after this I'm not that knowledgable
Should I see an academic advisor or something because I have a hunch I am going to fail all 4 of my courses, and i can't find any good information online to see if my situation justifies booking a session, because i know all of what i'm facing is my fault
I have an assignment due in less than 3 days, it was handed out in week 8 and i only just started it yesterday and I'm too stupid to actually make real progress without AI or looking it up, I got a 10.5/20 for a minitest, I don't know if I have actually learnt or retained anything I also have a counselling session but that's next week and I don't know if that's gonna help at that point
