This used to not happen, minimized windows kept their positions on the switcher on my old computer, but on my new computer that I set up a few weeks ago it does. Does anyone know if and how I can fix this?

I'm trying to find a resource pack for 21.1.x that is JUST 16x pbr for stuff, I'm not looking for anything that replaces textures or anything, which is the only ones I've found
