Backflips
Been able to back tuck for years but lately I’ve been locked into getting them proper.
I’ve had a bad habit of stutter jumping and spreading my legs before jumping. A weird fear thing. I’m finally starting to break that habit, but I notice I land pretty wide out of my round off still.
I also can’t seem to help throwing myself back rather than up on my set. Another mental block to overcome I suppose
Advice welcome

The ender was a 50-50 on a massive hubba into a 10 or so stair ollie. The part was somewhere in the middle of a full length video.
