I'm considering building a pool, spa, and outdoor covered "pavilion" in my backyard. Who should I consider for the build?
Something like this AI generated concept is what I have in mind. Very minimalist with no crazy landscaping or over the top features. I do want top end equipment and premium finishing materials to ensure longevity and lower maintenance. I am looking for the best builder for the project not in the sense of a celebrity builder in the area but someone that is capable of a simple upscale finished build with a minimalist design and premium oversized equipment to easily meet the demands of the pool and provide full automation.
Does anyone have a similar pool built within the past 5-10 years that could recommend their builder? I'm also open to advice or insights into pool ownership or equipment suggestions if you have any to offer. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
