Spotted at the Ostfahrzeugtreffen in Eberswalde-Finowfurt

Saw this plate today. No idea. The one character, that looks like a letter, I couldn't recognize. Didn't look better in real life, same as in the picture. I didn't Zoom, so you can see the surrounding vehicles. Their plates all look white, the unknown plate didn't.
