I posted on here awhile ago and some people were very upset that I believed combustion was the best form of taking my medicine, I have realised that that is not the smartest thing to do as I am not feeling great now, genuinely what is the best way for me to consume this? I don’t know whether I should stop doing it because the idea of not cleaning a vaporiser perfectly and still inhaling carcinogens, is now terrifying to me, despite all the weed I think my brain has actually developed a bit more.

i’m doing lots of research into tinctures, edibles and all sorts, but I still don’t know what the healthiest way to consume would be without damaging my brain or lungs. I have annoying neuropathic pain, Duloxetine doesn’t seem to get rid of it. cannabis has been the only thing that has actually helped me, but now I’m worried that I’m decaying myself through smoking it, which is obviously true. But even so using a dry herb vaporiser seems to be unhealthy as well. Is there any way to win or do I just need to be incredibly careful when I’m using it and clean it daily?

And if so, which vaporiser should I get? There are so many different kinds and I’m just not sure what the best thing to do is.

I would like to apologise to anyone who thought I was trying to spread misinformation before I was genuinely just being stupid and felt that the only way I could get my pain to go was by lighting up.

edit: not to be genuinely stupid, but I really would appreciate a sort of cleaning guide because I am not very well-versed in the best way to do this.

I have a skywalker dry vaporiser and it has a ceramic chamber in which I am completely unsure how to clean
