Pregnancy and scared of flying
Hi! I have terrible flight anxiety and usually take a prescription when I am not pregnant when I have to travel to avoid panic attacks. Since this prescription isn’t safe during pregnancy, I wanted to ask if anyone else has dealt with this and what you do for an alternative? I have to fly Friday and Tuesday.
