Advice for parent of r-g colorblind child?
I’m sure this is a common type of question so if you are bored of this type of question I totally understand. But I would like any opinions.
In the last few years we realized my 11 year old is color blind. Like, substantially red-green colorblind. I first realized it when he couldn’t succeed in a robotics class which required drawing paths with red and green markers. I didn’t realize how much/how so until he explained that to him Mario and Luigi are gray and gray. Eye doctor has confirmed the fact.
I have the obvious question: are corrective glasses worth it? Helpful? Scam?
Any other advice is also welcome.
Thank you.
