Missed dose by 8 hours

Missed my dose by 8 hours, went out this morning early and just completely forgot and I am absolutely drenched in sweat from head to toe, sweating from places I didn't even know could sweat from. I've just now taken my dose (I actually wanted to move it to an evening because it's drowsy for me not stimulating so it's worked out well in the long run) but how long till this withdrawal side effects goes away I'm absolutely boiling

Ghost hamster

I found a male hybrid dwarf in the adoption centre (PAH) really stressed mid day so I brought him home with me 2 weeks ago and I've not seen him since. I know he's alive because I smooth out his sand bath and strategically place treats so I can see that he's been active. I have a female Syrian that comes out about 9.30 every night and she's super friendly but I have no idea when this guy is up, I occasionally still do a night feed with my baby so go and check and I still don't see him. Is there any way to adjust his schedule slightly for bonding?

How to change the time I take it

I'm on day 4 and I've been taking it in the morning but it's absolutely knocking me out, I need to move it to the pm but not sure how to adjust the time quickly? I'm having to have a nap everyday about an hour after taking it and then just floating through the rest of the day

Freaked myself out

Took my first dose today, started at 37.5mg with an aim of getting to 75mg. I felt absolutely wired, pupils went huge, heart was racing, lasted about 3 hours and then I just crashed and fell asleep. Now I've been looking at side effects and I've seen how bad it can be if you miss a dose by accident or want to come off it. Completely freaked myself out and don't want to take it anymore but I've seen such good things on here. I've had lots of SSRIs in the past and mirtazapine and never had any serious withdrawal issues when coming off. Has anyone successfully come off it with no issues?

Feeling so fed up

My ferritin levels were at 8, after 3 months of ferrous fumerate it went to 12 but that came with a plethora of new symptoms like cramps and back ache so they switched me to liquid and have retested me 3 months later and it's now at 5??? I'm absolutely drained. I have my b12 injections every 3 months and that has gone up a little bit. I can't get to sleep at night, my mood swings are horrendous and out of control and for some reason they don't seem too keen on letting me have infusions. Does anyone in the UK get infusions through their gp? I can pay private but honestly don't think I should have to, it's literally what the NHS is for and I've paid more than enough tax. Just feeling really fed up and honestly just need a little moan about it.

My 3.5 year old can't walk far and says her feet and knees hurt, I notice a big shift in mood after a short walk and she is not very nice to be around (she's in pain so it's to be expected and not her fault) we are currently waiting for a podiatrist appointment for new insoles but to be honest I don't think they help very much anyway. Just looking for some ways to relieve her pain, I hate seeing her in such a state emotionally. She's still having an hour nap in the day and is constantly tired.
