Abusive behavior , drug addiction and female harrassment of supervisor.
As the title suggests our supervisor in our ward is IV drug abuser and almost every senior in the whole punjab who knows him knows that, but lately he has been verbally abusive, treats us like garbage and unwanted backrubs on the backs of female pgs and HOs when they are washed up, He usually comes to the ward high and then at 11:00am he usually does it again. Due to the fear of retaliation we didn't do anything before but now it's more than enough, he is compromising patient care, like yesterday his words to a chronically sick patient were" Innu dafa karo agy chalo" To another pt with disarticulation were " Tu menu inj ghussay naal na vekh" And according to him the pt with disarticulation doesn't need gabica. The pt literally cried and requested pain killers because the pain is too much to bear.
