Endurance?

I(31F) have been playing for a little longer than a year now, and need some advice. I play twice a week. I have thrown up before when I first started playing, but I was hoping it would stop as I played more, and it did until recently. This month, I have thrown up once every other game, if not every game. I can get myself off the floor and to a trash can before I blow chunks, thankfully. But I would like to stop vomiting, if I can. No way I'm just doomed to vomit every game, right?

I think I can blame it on a few factors, like the heat, or maybe I'm drinking too much water in between my shifts? Just straight up skating too hard? I'm leaning towards endurance because I don't do any training. I sometimes make it to an outdoor rink to skate and shoot, maybe do a pushup or two. What are exercises you do to help with your endurance? Or any other advice that could help me here?
