Is this normal for concrete/stamped patio?

Is this normal for concrete/stamped patio?

Stamped patio is less than a yesr old. After winter I noticed these chips in random spots of the patio. Orginal installer said it just needed to be sealed. As you can imagine, after seal it is still there.

Is this normal or will it get worse? Should I ask for it to be fixed somehow?

Continued internet drops. Any suggestions?

Spinning in circles

Been having my internet randomly drop. Finally nailed it down to some issue between the ISP and the WAN. My internet randomly drops .

The only way I can go back on is to unplug the modem for 30-60 seconds with the power disconnected from the router. Once modem fully boots, I can power the router back up.

-All firmware is up to date.

-WAN is set to DHCP

-Replaced my 602 router with the 707-m2, replaced the xfinity router from the X7 to the X8 and it is still an issue.

-Xfinity r says it is always online. Just rebooting the xfinity device does not fix it. I have to follow the steps above.

Never can find much in the logs, but maybe I don't know where to look.

Latest alert is failed to obtain the IP address for WAN1 because no response from the server.
