Tele Wiring Issue

Hello all.

I'm having some issues with my first scratch built Tele wiring.

My three-way switch does not work in the middle position - neither pickup is active here, and I have the feeling that I'm missing something simple but essential.

Any tips? Classic three way switch with four lugs on each side.

Wiring diagram and photos attached (I know my soldering is quite rough, but the connections are solid).

Hello all

I've posted previously about a 3D printed guitar project. It got a bit out of hand and I've ended up ordering a custom Walnut body instead.

None the less; I'm wiring everything myself. And I've had a bad experience with a somewhat cheap soldering iron. It simply disintegrated mid process.

Any recommendations for proper equipment?
