On The Water I Almost Always Use Autoresolve

This is how I roll on the water. Clan tier 6, Bannerlord difficulty, full damage, hero's can die. I am not even sure how the manual naval battles work. (Use 1080p for a better image.)

Too Many Weapons And Armor To Sell

Sure you can sacrifice them for experience for your troops. Mine get experience quick enough. Suppose you want more money and the towns are out of money and the villages don't give over 1000.

(1) If you buy food or items you need then you can generate more credit in a town or village.

(2) You may be able to get other items in exchange for the equipment you are selling. I usually want war horses for troop upgrades ... I trade armor and weapons for these in villages (and towns).

That idea of trading for war horses is why I made this post ... over 1000 hours and I just realized I could do that. It solved my war horse upgrade backlog.

Do you have any other ideas? Please share ideas in the comments. Thanks.

Tactics: A Call To Arms

https://preview.redd.it/uegv277z7lah1.jpg?width=1920&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0d027867b43c18210e96677200cbbba121fc02da

Some people think tactics is just good for auto-resolve but look at "A Call To Arms":
A Call To Arms moves parties 10% faster to you.
A Call To Arms gives you 15% discount on the cost of calling parties to your army.
This means tactics makes gathering the army faster and cheaper. Since armies are the major military unit in the game this is a big benefit. What do you think?

The Loyal Governor

After thinking on how to deal with loyalty issues in towns:

Apparently Bow 150 discipline gives +1 so build an archer companion/family.

Athletics 175 Durable gives +1 so build an archer not horse archer.

Leadership and Physician can get you to +1 loyalty so maybe make them a party leader later.

Finally if you can get them to Charm 225 then Parade gives a whopping +5 a day when staying (governor stays right?). I am told this only works for your main character.

I haven't fully tested this but this is what I came up with. Thoughts?

Can I Conquer Calradia Playing Support?

I am with Sturgia. Most of the time I don't take fiefs so I don't lose relation that way. As support I sometimes join, with my 300 or so troops, a siege. If they look like they will lose then I may gather another army and join with my army. Often I intercept enemy troops heading to join their army, pillaging a village, or just catch them wandering. My four parties are set on defense but join other armies still sometimes. Rarely, especially if my relation is high, I will take a fief myself. During peace I buy fiefs with my maxed trading skill. Can we conquer Calradia with this strategy, playing support, and never have to chop heads?

How Do I Get To Peace?

Monchug died in a battle with my army (gave me a steam achievement). I have like 20 Khuzait nobles as prisoners. They have made no progress ... anything they took, Sturgia took back. Meanwhile I am ignoring the N Empire in the west which has pillaged our villages like 20 times. We had to take an originally Empire town back from N Empire. I can't be everywhere at once. I am keeping pressure on the stronger Khuzait. How do I get Khuzhait to want peace so I can focus on the much weaker N Empire?

Your Favorite Hideout Assault Team Composition

What is your favorite hideout assault team? Mine is 3 Khan Guards, 3 Huscarls, and 8 Druzhinnik's. My Druzhinnik's are gotten using Veterans Respect from Sea Raiders by the way.

Circle Formation

I plan on trying circle formations later. Do you have any thoughts on how to best use these? My understanding is, on the pc, it is F1 move, F3 formation, F4 circle. I also read that you can then click and drag to position and size the circle. As always you can first hit a number key to have a specific battle group do this.Any thoughts?

IMO War Sails Is More Fun

FYI I like warsails as having a bigger map is more fun. I also enjoyed sailing across the water to land close to the siege and summon an army and save a town. It was fun to see the Nords capitulate and pay us for peace after that too.

How Do You Get Rank?

If you look you can see "private," "corporal," and "sergeant," yellow stripe promotions on people. Can a player get those? If so then how?

Another Plan To Conquer Calradia

Here is my character build plan:

Sturgia because I like them. This should synergize with a plan to conquer the Nords. If I get any of their fiefs I will have their culture. I don't even know if this is possible but I plan to marry a Nord woman so I can use family to govern fiefs.

Primary perks (in order):

Charm, Leadership, Steward, Scouting, Riding, Pole Arms.

Planned units: Horse Archers from Khuzait, Huscarls from Nords, Use Veterans Respect to get Fians, rest filled out from what you suggest from Sturgia, Khuzait, Nords, or using Veterans Respect.

I plan to hire out and vassal to Sturgia. I plan to get fiefs where Sturgia, Nords, Khuzhait intersect.

I will be using a horse and lance to fight.

Do you have any advice before beginning this long journey?
