How much to fix this?

Car was damaged while being parked at a public garage. There are no security cameras nor note was left on the dash. How much will it cost to fix this? Can it be DIY or the 3 step paint will be difficult to match as per AI. It's the rear driver door, the plastic clading and a bit on the rear bumper. TIA
