Whenever I join a Zoom meeting that I originally created, Zoom keeps forcing me into host/co-host mode and shows a “Reclaim host?” popup. There’s no option to just join as a normal participant. Even if someone else is already hosting, my only options are “Reclaim host” or “Stay co-host.”

Is there any way to stop Zoom from automatically recognizing me as the host when I join halfway through a meeting on iPhone?

You’d need to do one of these before joining:
- Sign out of Zoom and join as a guest
- Use another Zoom account
- Have someone else create the meeting
- Don’t use your Personal Meeting ID
- justTap “Stay co-host”

Are these the only solutions or is there a workaround?
