I’ve been looking for a 1-2 bed for the past month or so in JP and brookline and just toured two places I definitely like, but they each have a couple significant flaws as well. Are there going to be way more options popping up soon for September rentals? Like mid-june presumably? Or is it just going to be a steady trickle of options like those I’ve already been seeing, in which case I should commit now.
