Hi, I'm a gastroenterologist based in India working at one of the top medical colleges and currently have about 7 years experience post my DM training. Is getting a job in Australia plausible?

Please suggest ready to eat food options available in India which we could carry for a 2 week trip to Europe. We are a non vegetarian family of 2 adults and 2 kids
