Sleepless nights
Hi guys, I had a knee injury 4 weeks ago playing basketball that at first doctors said it was just a knee sprain. I had an appointment with an orthopedic this week to see if I can get an MRI and him by just bending my knee and feeling it he said that I have a torn ACL. Since that day it’s hard for me to go to sleep just by thinking that I have to possibly get surgery and I’ve seen TikToks and comments about how bad it hurts after and the process that it takes to get back to walking. What are the odds I don’t have a torn ACL? I have an MRI this week but after 4 weeks of my injury I’m walking fine. I can put all my weight on my knee. Orthopedic literally said he’s surprised that I’m walking the way I am. I’m praying he’s wrong. But I guess I’ll find out this week. I’m just coping here at 2:30 am in the morning.
NO ACL SURGERY and back to construction work?
Hey guys, for people that decided to not get surgery or just waiting and work a landscape/construction job have you guys gone back? Can you guys still keep up with the fast pace labor and carrying heavy weight?
