Europe 2031 — What getting AI wrong means for us

A federal Europe, a unified financial system and jumping on AI investment is a life or death matter for Europeans in the near future.

The fragmented Europe cannot compete in this field and would disintegrate even further as the AI race between China and US goes heated.

There is a real potential of the aging European populations with tons of debt having pretty much all their businesses "outclasssed" in every way within the common decade.

The projection I posted shows the grim possibilities awaiting Europe.

Eurosceptics who appeal to their "nationalism" needs to understand that the alternative of EU federalization is constant and severe decline of welfare and relevance of their "nation".

Sleepy most of the day after eating?

Heyyo, I am dealing with a post hpylori treatment constipation and bloat for the past 2 years. I believe I have IMO.

Anyways, since i also have sleep apnea (which i am treating with cpap) and anxiety disorder, I am confused about what causes what.

A huge issue for me is how tired and sleepy I get the moment i eat the first meal of the day.
I get sleepy and low energy throughout the day even tho I am a monster in the morning when hungry and on coffee.

Is this IMO or is it likely something else?

Major success, do not know how to proceed

My severe constipation and dysfunctional digestion started 2 years ago after hpylori treatment with antibiotics.

A year after that, I again had an hpylori treatment as it persisted. During treatment, my constipation eased. After that, I got back to severe constipation and bloating.

About 3 months later after ensuring hpylori negative, i delved into sibo-imo issues. Went to a gi doc told her about it, she did not seem to know that much and simply gave me rifaximin. My constipation eased eased and i felt better in 3 weeks of use but soon after got back to square one.

So for months now, i am trying to see a new doctor(moved to nee country with slow appointments) but in the meantime i created my herbal treatment stack.

Here is how it went:

First month, i used neem and allicin three times a day.

I also used betaine hcl and digestive enzymes with lunch.

Before sleep, i chugged artichoke, ginger and magnesium citrate for mmc.

Also each day, i took l glutamin, zinc carnosine and colostrum for my stomach and gut lining.

I felt much better but i was still mostly constipated and easily got severely bloated. Bowel movement got better but it was still hard and difficult.

I decided to give my body a rest after a month as so much supplement chugging was giving me random itchiness. About 3-4 days into my cutting of herbals (except mmc support), my symptoms got worse. So ı decided to start my next treatment cycle right away.

Towards the end of the first month i learned about role of nac in biofilms and also butyrate for gut energy so i had ordered those in the meantime.

So after 1 month + 4-5 days i added:

  • NAC in the morning on empty stomach with half a liter of water.

*30-40 minutes after that (to ensure nac pases stomach into gut), I took neem, allicin and berberine (berb here is a new addition).

*Also during the day with meals, i added butyrate.

  • i added two pills of spore probiotic a day

*The rest with mmc and gut lining protocol continued as i explained above.

I have been having 10 days of soft and large stool movements (no more floating hard pebbles that come out with strain). I do not feel bloated (but my belly is still relatively large and gets big after eating) I regularly pass gas which was not the case before.

Now i have a gi appointment in 10 days where i was going to ask for a gas test and neomycin+rifaximin. But given how well things are going, I do not know if i should stop. After all, the supplements too have their side effects. I do not know if this will turn into a permanent fix or will it relapse the moment i stop. I do not know if i should do the rifaximin treatment.

Chill Beaches?

Hey, so me and my gf walked a bit to the east of the english garden and to our suprise it looks like geneva has a whole summer set up. I never thought the lake would be an amazing place for beaches around here before coming.

Anyways, we went down to the eaux vives beach today and it was absolutely packed.

Are there much more calmer, less crowded beaches nearby? Any suggestions?

I was considering options for my methane sibo. I got mine following an hpylori treatment via antibiotics.

I also remember having a colonoscopy and how the prep completely changed my bowel habits 3 years back.

I was wondering, would a colonsvopy prep wash away the terrible bacteria and archea just as it did with good bacteria? Could it work as a reset considering we can then proceed either healthy probiotic bombing?

Hello,

We had a nest in front of our bedroom window, it was well hidden under the blinds.

A couple nested there and left 2 eggs about 2-3 weeks ago.About 2 days ago they hatched.

The mama was feeding them regularly and sitting on them. Everything was routine this morning.

I was in another room for a couple hours. Got back to check on them. No mother, no babies. Nest is clean. No sign of an attack.

We are on the first floor, i looked down, nothing there either.

There are no predators around. At worst there d be sparrows. This is a well hidden area.

A couple hours later i saw the parents come around and coo.

How could the babies have vanished so silently?

I ll go and ask the place below my window if they have seen anything but this is just crazy.

Sharing for those who have not seen it:

very very promising findings I'd say.

Seems that biofilm persistance is highly correlated to relapses.

Also, there are a couple meds in the making that are very effective, especially the imo-killing one
