Why photography means so much to me
I love photography because of my dad. He used to be a photographer when I was a kid, so I grew up seeing cameras all the time. Sometimes he'd take me with him when he was out taking pictures, and I always thought it was cool, even if I didn't really understand why he spent so much time trying to get the right shot.
Looking back now, I think that's where my love for photography came from. He showed me that a photo isn't just a picture, it's a memory you can keep forever. Every time I take a photo now, it reminds me of those days with him. That's why photography will always mean more to me than just taking nice pictures.
