I’m currently in an indefinite suspension (not conduct related) and am applying to other positions. My SF-50 states that I’m in an indefinite suspension and my potential employer is aware of the situation. Will/can the SF-50 prevent me from being brought into another position within the same agency? Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation?

I realize the post is vague but this isn’t exactly the place to blast any real information out. I’m happy to provide any pertinent details as I’m not sure what to share with this initial post.
