I recently got put on a new team at work and the Manager regularly screams at colleagues. I ignored it but I’m assigned to work 1 on 1 with this person and it’s starting to affect my mental health.

The Manager is from India and will scream at me in front of an entire office, micro manage, and will rush me for deadlines that do not exist. I am not the first person this happened to.

All former people on their team, quit. I am planning to move to a new team but I don’t feel right about someone else having to deal with this and the behaviour will continue if no one intervenes. Should I report to HR? Should I get a lawyer?

My life has been a living hell and I have nightmares every night, any advice is appreciated.
