We are a small FF company located in the Middle East and have recently started growing and getting more and ore RFQs. Wanted leads on a nice TMS and also wated to see if anyone else facing the same problem of increased demand and lack of proper tracking.

Been in freight a few years now and things are starting to pick up. Problem is the more volume we get, the messier everything feels behind the scenes: quotes, follow ups, tracking who said what, emails all over the place… feels like we’re holding things together but not really in control. Nothing is “broken” yet but i can see how this turns into chaos pretty quickly.
For those who’ve been through this phase, what did you fix first?
process? people? systems? or just ride it out
Half my time is just trying to figure out who the hell i’m even dealing with
company name comes in → no context
google it → 5 similar companies
linkedin → outdated or wrong people
emails → random generic inboxes
feels like i’m doing investigative journalism before even sending a proper message
and then you finally reach out and it’s the wrong person anyway
honestly wish there was something that just pulls everything together, like company info, socials, actual decision makers, maybe even who they’re already working with in the supply chain
or is this just part of the job and we’re all just pretending we know who we’re talking to?
