Infinite memory training

I had this PC for 2 years and I had 0 problems until last month, where memory training takes up to 40 minutes, I tried almost everything and I don't know what to do anymore. Memory context restore was always on. Things I tried with no success:

- turned down ram speed from 6000 MT/s to 5600

- turned off expo completely and turned down ram to its stock value of 5200

- enabled power down (it was set to Auto)

- clean the training "cache" by disabling and re-enabling both Memory context restore and power down

- reset the CMOS battery by shorting the jbat pins

- updated the bios to the latest one

- reset again the CMOS

- tested the ram and the slots, two times each module in a2 and then in a1

- uninstalled some windows updates that I did when the problem strangely started

I was thinking of updating the chipset driver now, beside this I'll probably give up and wait for the PC to turn on from now on

When the PC finally starts it is stable though, no crashes no bsod no nothing

My specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600

Mobo: Msi pro b650s wifi

RAM: crucial ddr5 5200 16x2gb

PSU: RM 750x

GPU: Radeon 7700 xt
