Sienna on Sloan’s Lake
Moving to Denver, when I was in town I drove around (didn’t tour) an apartment building called Sienna on Sloan’s Lake right next to, you guessed it, Sloan’s Lake. It’s income-restricted which I qualify for but can’t find much in terms of testimonials about it. Anyone have any anecdotes? Around Cleveland (where I’m moving from) income-restricted housing has a lot of bad connotations but the median area income (which they base qualifications on) are much much lower around here than they are in the Denver area. From looking at it from the outside it seemed like a clean place in a great location so I’m just wondering if there any serious red flags, the few reviews I’ve seen were mostly positive but not a whole lot to go off of. Any advice would be appreciated as I’m likely unable to do any walk-throughs before I move out, but I did a lot of driving around and scoping out neighborhoods to the best of my abilities. Thanks!
