1. I live in Germany (Braunschweig) and since May 1st there has been a very strong rotting/fishy smell coming from behind or under the built-in fridge in my apartment kitchen. The smell is so bad that I can barely stay in the kitchen, cook, or eat there. I checked the fridge itself, drains, trash, etc. The smell is definitely strongest behind the fridge, but the fridge is built into the kitchen so I cannot move it myself without risking damage. I informed my landlord immediately. At first he told me I should be able to see the problem through the gaps next to the fridge, but I couldn’t see anything. After repeatedly messaging and calling him, he finally sent someone to check. The guy came, looked for a minute, said he didn’t bring tools, and left. He said he would come back “next week” but no fixed appointment was given. Now my landlord ignore my calls and reads my messages without replying, and the smell is still strong. I have documented everything and kept all messages. I’m still paying rent normally and trying to stay polite, but this has been going on for many days now What are my rights in Germany in this situation? What can / should i do in this situation  Any advice appreciated.

i tried to pull it or remove it, it doesn't budge at all
