Should I quit my Invisalign?

I started Invisalign to help my bite fixed my Tmj and clenching issues, but I’m thinking about pulling the plug on it. I’m 10 trays/22 in right now, but it’s sucked. My ears have a constant high pitched sound, jaw feels tighter, and I clench more when I sleep. Looking at the current and projected bite pictures, I don’t see a huge difference that would help me a lot. It’s not about money since I had to pay 3.5k upfront. But I’m scared about this doing permanent damage, especially the tinnitus. Any advice?

Jaw falls back when I lie down

Can this be why I clench so much in my sleep? Even if I use a nightguard my jaw falls back (naturally due to gravity) and I wake up with terrible jaw pain and ear ringing. Does this not happen to people without jaw pain? Is my joint hyperactive? Please help, my Tmj has been driving me crazy for years and I’ve been trying every angle, but maybe it’s been an obvious answer this whole time
