Connect+ break in issues??
so my r1t was recently broken into. it was the back drivers side window. it looks like it has been smashed through by a rock and i have reason to believe someone in my apartment complex would do this to get after me after a dog disagreement. my gear guard captured nothing and when i went into my settings my car alarm and motion cam were somehow turned off. idk why they were off it’s very concerning to me as this person had been harassing me already. i do pay for connect+ and im just grabbing for anything that can give me evidence to get this guy caught. it’s genuinely concerning to me bc i park away from everyone and im the only electric car in the lot. it’s definitely targeted as nothing was stolen etc. i’ve been on the phone with rivian four times and gotten different answers every time but i can’t get any footage. i understand that motion cam was off but is there any way for me to get any footage from rivian? especially with the connect+ subscription. anything in the data base??? pls help
