I recently got a new pump ( Liberty Pump 405) installed to pump water from my washing machine up to sewer. I've been getting backflow out the standpipe. I haven't been using any crazy amounts of soap.

Any advice on what to what the issue could be? I'm thinking a float issue. Not a plumber but wanted to ask incase anyone else had something similar
