Switching for 75mg (2x day) to 150mg XR after two weeks. What to expect?

As the title said, I started on wellbutrin a little over two weeks ago with a split does of 75mg twice a day. I haven't really had any side effects except the first week I experienced extreme drowsiness after each dose. This has since faded. My psych want me to switch to 150mg XR in the morning in the coming day and I'm just curious of others experience. It's being proscribed for some depression and also to help with quitting nicotine. I did ask if I should at least try 75mg for 4-6 weeks to see if anything happens but she says its best to just right now.
FWIW, i have GAD and social anxiety and have used SSRIs on and off for about 15 years. I was recently diagnoses ADHD late in life and take 20mg XR adderall and that has REALLY helped with the intense day to day anxiety and even social setting anxiety I've had all my life. I know some people experience anxiety, mood swings so just a little...anxious about taking 150mg all at once.
