Mohegan Sun Arena Policy ?s
Hi!
I’m going to my first game at Mohegan tomorrow and wanted to see if anyone who frequents games there could give me any insight on the below questions :)
- how strict are they with digital cameras?
For context: I have a point and shoot (non detachable lens) that I’ve never had an issue bringing in to any other arena (I frequent Barclays and MSG ALOT) but see on the sun’s website that they say no digital cameras (Mohegan arena’s website says just not detachable or professional). I’m going with my friend and the game has significance to her, so wanted to be able to use my POS in addition to my phone (quality in the arena lighting is better).
- basketball policy?
this is very niche but I have a purse I made out of a WNBA basketball and on the Mohegan website it says no basketballs but on the Sun’s website under arena policies, it doesn’t say it. I’ve never had an issue bringing it into any W game or arena that doesn’t have a clear bag policy, but wanted to gut check with how people who frequent the arena and know how the security is feel about it. It meets the bag size requirements btw!
