I checked the site, and it didn't say anything about mlx only on the ollama models listing. So why is this restriction in place?

I'm trying to pay for a month of plus, but I keep getting "an unexpected error" when I try to process the payment. It's the same card I used the month before. Oddly, it also gave a message that "Your subscription will auto-renew on 9/11/2026. You will be charged $20.00/month + tax.". My account still show free. So I'm confused now. I tried the support in help, and it was not that. I can't seem to get in touch with a person to actually help with the billing. Any ideas?
