What material would you use to finish the gap between the driveway and channel drain?

NDS channel drain sitting on fabric, paver base, leveling sand.

Considering Sikaflex self-leveling sealant, and just really trying to avoid concrete.

Here we go again - (gf sourdough starter via Art of GF Baking)

After two failed attempt at the crumpets, I’m feeding my starter again in hopes of using it in something successful. I’ve kept it going for two months now.
