So I thought I’d go to Reddit to be reassured but I haven’t found any posts that are similar. I know I am overweight so no need to mention that. I learned in November that I have a complete meniscus tear from playing tennis and went to physical therapy.

I noticed it was super swollen below the knee yesterday. After read Reddit, I am worried about a blood clot since I was on a plane for five hours five days ago.

Do you think it is just swelling because I have been really active the last five days, or something worse? Thank you for any information you can provide.
