I thought the Hidizs My Lin sounded good using a cheapo USB DAC with the stock 3.5mm cable and stock tips. The Hidizs S8 DAC matched with their 4.4mm balanced cable and the Sea Anemone tips make everything sound absolutely amazing. I was considering buying a DAP, but I think I'll hold off for now.
New to iems and I'm pretty sure I chose pretty well. I'm loving the warm profile, could be my aging ears, but despite many stating that these are far from bright on the top end like the MS2 Pro, I still find that on certain tracks it gets a bit uncomfortable. Anyone else find something similar, or do you feel some other kinda way about this?
After coming across Men I Trust in early 2023 I think it's safe to say that I love them. Every iteration of them. Was considering starting down the rabbit hole of the singles too, but as a general rule I don't collect 7". Anyone got em all?
