Recommendations for natural/honey decafs that are sold in 5 lb bags?
Hi All!
The title is pretty self-explanatory, I am just looking for suggestions for natural/honey decafs that are sold in 5 lb bags. I love the fruitiness that comes with natural/honey coffees and I am looking to get some of that in a decaf.
Also, is my understanding correct that CO2/EA are the current preferred methods compared to Swiss/mountain water? Looking at the flavor limitations that come with decaffeination, could a natural/honey SWP coffee put out more fruitiness than a washed CO2/EA coffee?
