I don't know what it is, maybe just the general decline in driving standards since Covid, but every week I get stuck behind some clown who is turning right at a junction (see image for 2 examples) and instead of positioning themselves so ongoing/left turning traffic can proceed, they insist on blocking the road until they have a gap to turn.

Is this a national phenomenon or is it just my town full of inconsiderate morons?
