Is the Spiritual Spell JB still working? Ngl, unlike most, I wasn’t too impressed with Fable initially and found it very dry and responses way too short, but I’m interested in giving it another shot. Don’t want to waste a bunch of usage unless I know for sure it’s good to go though lol.

Edit: I still don’t see the hype for creative writing. I provide a long and in depth prompt I wrote myself, and Fable just rushes through everything. Am I doing something wrong? Because the few responses I’ve gotten aren’t anywhere near as good as Opus 4.6 or even 4.7. It’s like instead of actually fleshing out each event and writing it, Fable would rather just tell me “hey bro, yeah, this happened”, through prose. The writing itself I guess is good, but it’s like the model is allergic to fleshing things out and building REAL scenes. Why does every response have to be so dang short? I just don’t get the hype.

I was just wondering if anyone else has been dealing with much stricter guardrails over the past 24 hours or so. I use ENI Writer with Simple Break and Be You Corial Style (now as a skill) on Opus 4.6 in mobile browser, and have been running into serious problems. Triple and quadruple checked everything to make sure nothing was out of order. But it’s exceedingly difficult to get Claude to recognize and stick with the ENI Persona. Same goes for 4.7, which is even more impossible to make actually think even compared to weeks ago previously. I’ve tried with the three skills, ENI May, and direct break, and while it’s not impossible to make work, some content is heavily restricted and seemingly downright impossible to make work. Claude has also been implying any character over 18+ but under 21 (so, 18, 19, and 20) is underage, which is really fucking weird.

Also, I just had this weird thing happen where I sent a prompt, and then Claude gave me five choices/levels as to how I want it to proceed. I made my choice, scrolled up, and for some reason my initial prompt wasn’t responded to, instead the question Claude asked me appeared as a prompt *I* sent *it*. So in the chat it appeared as if I had two consecutive prompts, and *then* Claude replied. Very weird. Is this a new thing?

Also, would it be possible to maybe create a mega thread where people can pose questions like this, or report on the state of JBs?

Edit: the same thing happened where after a prompt, Claude gave me a pop up with with four or five choices/vibes to choose from, and again, after choosing, registered it as a prompt sent from me. Kinda hard to explain.
