Z7 Hybrid Accessory Connector
Saw the post where someone installed the wireless charger and got intrigued, so I decided to install one while I had the fairings off to install the T-Rex radiator guards.
For anyone wondering, on my bike the white wire tested positive and the black wire tested negative. It may seem obvious, but it’s definitely worth verifying with a multimeter before wiring anything up.
You can simply crimp the pins onto the wiring, but I highly recommend adding a small dab of solder where the wire meets the pin just to make it a more permanent and reliable connection. Also make sure to double check polarity before inserting the pins into the connector, it’s really difficult to de-pin afterward.
