Seems like a good opportunity to ask him more about Scottish issues

I've started back the gym, hiking + being more mindful of what I eat. So far I've lost 2.5 inches off my waistline and I'm wondering what's the rough equivalent of an inch in terms of fat/calpric burn. My overall weight loss has been steady (2KG from March) but not in a dramatic way (usually about 0.3KG a week).
