Looking into switching from Chrome to Zen on macOS. Reading some conflicting statements about how heavy Zen runs compared to Chrome. Going to trial a switch for myself nonetheless, but would appreciate some extra opinions.

Would love to know if anyone in medicine has a preferred way of organizing obsidian. Especially hospitalist work. It's tricky because there are approaches to conditions/labs, as well as information about each condition. Would love to know how others structured theirs.
Any advice on which desktop mail client to use for our email accounts? UBC unfortunately restricts which ones we can use. The web version is finicky and I've had emails not send properly twice so far. Would love to hear if there are any solutions.
