shifting away from animal products but struggling to find a substitute for my favorite lunch: boiled chicken and veggie dumplings! it's a great cornerstone meal for me because it's easy to load up on cups of greens and fresh veggies as a side for like 8 little dumplings, but switching to a vegan dumpling would get me an animal product free lunch pretty much every single day (i eat this every day 😭)

open to store bought or any recipe that could be made in bulk and frozen!

edit- thanks cool friends for all the lit recommendations!! i didn't find anything searching nearby but it seems that options DO exist. I'll be checking more specialty markets near me and traveling to a bigger city to hit up their Hmart if that fails.
