Bought a M7 MovingStyle on sale, arrived with missing parts

I highly recommend everyone here avoid the MovingStyle product. At least the M7 version of it. I was enticed by the $200 off sale and bought it from Newegg. Never would I have thought a missing part would render this absolutely useless.

Samsung Technical Support is an outsourced call center and they have trouble understanding what the MovingStyle product is - repeatedly asking me if I needed an adapter for a wall mount. No.. the product itself is marketed as attaching a monitor to a rolling stand. I had to repeat that like five times to a different person after being bounced around the call center.

I then gave up trying to get Samsung to cover this under warranty and went to the Encompass/Samsung Parts call center. They tried searching the model number and serial number, lo and behold they cannot find the product details or a list of parts. I cannot buy parts for it out of pocket even if I wanted to.

Now neither Newegg nor Samsung is taking responsibility for a missing part and is not accepting returns. I needed a place to rant and hopefully warn other people who come across this product from buying it.

The only reason I bought this is because it's incredibly popular in Korea and I never imagined buying this here in the US would be such a nightmare.

Social security needs a huge overhaul, like now

We're struggling with an affordability crisis. Sky-high inflation, housing prices that are out of reach even with a dual income, the list goes on and on.

Yet social security, a program from the 1940s when poverty rates were in the 50~60% range admired for its bold effort to give people who were struggling a chance to do well, is now sucking young people dry.

Boomers control over half of US wealth and are basically the wealthiest generation in the history of mankind, and they collect their social security checks like clockwork. They are getting a payday on the backs of young people's labor.

6.2% is the baseline tax rate. If you make 70k per year, that's literally almost ~$1000/mo including medicare. The maximum taxable earnings limit is basically meaningless at this point. 182k? 95% of all income-earning Americans will pay this social security tax basically until they die, and this will only continue to grow.

Where is the Gen Z representation in Congress? When will old people start listening to us? When will the old people fund young people to run for office?
